Today took a lot for me to get out and run, but I went anyway. My goal was to run 30 sec and walk 30 for 15 intervals, however I ended up completing 17! I am starting to enjoy running and I look forward to my runs now.
I will be away all weekend at a skating competition and I am still planning on running, so we will see what happens and I will update Friday, Saturday and Sunday when I return late Sunday night.

Wow that's so great that your running! It's hard to get started and taking it slow like you are doing is the best way to start. Good for you for having those goals!
I was running for a while back, and did my first 5k run on Canada Day last year. That was hard, but it felt good to finish. Then I kept training for a 10k that was in September and completed that as well. My time wasn't all that great, but my goal was to complete it without stopping to walk and I made that goal! It was awesome!
Now...unfortunately I haven't really been running since my 10k race. I do want to keep up with it though; running is the thing that seems to really challenge me and kick my butt, so to speak!
Keep it up, I'll be lurking here and seeing how you are doing! Are you running with anyone?
